In the original paper [the author, ibid. 219, No. 1, 1--37 (2020; Zbl 1440.53049)], a weak assumption was used in Lemma 3.1. It is now replaced by new assumptions (1.2) and (1.3). Lemma 3.1. is reformulated and proved and the main theorems of the paper are formulated again. The rest of their proofs remain valid.
