    For \(\varepsilon>0\), let \[ T_{\Omega, \varepsilon}(f)(x):=\int_{|x-y|>\varepsilon}\frac{\Omega\left(x,x-y\right)}{|x-y|^{n}}f(y)\,\mathrm{d}y \] with \(\Omega(x,z)\) satisfying the following conditions: \[ \Omega(x,\lambda z)=\Omega(x,z) \] for any \(x,z \in \mathbb{R}^{n}\) and \(\lambda>0\); \[ \int_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}}\Omega(x,z')\,\mathrm{d}\sigma(z')=0 \] for any \(x\in \mathbb{R}^{n}\). The authors consider the quantitative weighted estimates for the maximal singular integral operator \(T^{\star}_{\Omega}\) and the associated maximal commutator \(T^{\star}_{\Omega, b}\), where \[ T^{\star}_{\Omega}(f)(x):= \sup_{\varepsilon>0} \left|T_{\Omega,\varepsilon}(f)(x)\right| \] and \[ T^{\star}_{\Omega, b}(f)(x):=\sup_{\varepsilon>0} \left|[b,T_{\Omega, \varepsilon}]f(x)\right| :=\sup_{\varepsilon>0} \left|\int_{|x-y|>\varepsilon}\frac{\Omega\left(x,x-y\right)}{|x-y|^{n}}[b(x)-b(y)]f(y)\,\mathrm{d}y\right| \] with \(b\in BMO(\mathbb{R}^{n})\). Secondly, the authors also obtain the quantitative weighted estimates for the singular integral operator with variable kernels with the fractional differentiation operators. Some similar results can be found in [\textit{G. Di Fazio} and \textit{M. A. Ragusa}, J. Funct. Anal. 112, No. 2, 241--256 (1993; Zbl 0822.35036)] and [\textit{A. P. Calderón} and \textit{A. Zygmund}, Am. J. Math. 79, 901--921 (1957; Zbl 0081.33502)].
