The system of chemotaxis with chemoattractant consumption, coupled with the Navier-Stokes equations is considered in bounded domains of \(\mathbb R^N\), \(N=2,\, 3\), supplemented with the no-flux and prescribed chemoattractant concentration boundary conditions. The existence of global-in-time suitable weak solutions is established, and their smoothness is studied.
