Let \(X\) be a smooth complex projective curve. There are now many theorems of Torelli type in the literature, showing that \(X\) (possibly with added structure) is determined by the isomorphism class of some moduli space. A result of this type for moduli spaces of parabolic bundles of fixed determinant was proved by the author and \textit{T. L. Gómez} [Adv. Math. 393, Article ID 108070, 127 p. (2021; Zbl 1480.14008)]. The same paper also provided an explicit description of all possible isomorphisms between such moduli spaces with possibly different parameters. In fact, this was extended to \(3\)-birational maps, that is birational maps which are isomorphisms in codimension \(3\). The object of the current paper is to extend these results to moduli spaces of parabolic bundles without fixed determinant. Let \({\mathcal M}(X,D,r,\alpha,d)\) denote the moduli space of parabolic bundles on \(X\) with a finite set \(D\) of marked points, of rank \(r\), system of parabolic weights \(\alpha\) and degree \(d\). For such moduli spaces, the author proves the following 3-birational Torelli theorem (Theorem 4.3). Let \((X,D)\) and \((X',D')\) be two marked smooth complex projective curves of genus at least \(4\) endowed with full flag systems of weights \(\alpha\) and \(\alpha'\) respectively. Then \({\mathcal M}(X,D,r,\alpha,d)\) and \({\mathcal M}(X',D',r',\alpha',d')\) are 3-birational if and only if \(r=r'\) and there exists an isomorphism \(\sigma:X\to X'\) such that \(\sigma(D)=D'\). The paper also includes a full description of all \(3\)-birational maps and isomorphisms between such moduli spaces (Theorem 6.6 and Corollary 6.7), together with presentations for the groups of automorphisms and \(3\)-birational maps of these spaces.
