Associated to a smooth complete toric variety \(X\) it was defined its Cox ring as the \(\mathrm{Cl}(X)\)-graded polynomial ring \(R:=\mathbb{C}[x_{\rho}\mid \rho\in \Sigma(1)]\), where \(\Sigma(1)\) denotes the one dimensional cones (the so-called rays) of the fan \(\Sigma\) associated to \(X\), \(\mathrm{Cl}(X)\) is the class group of \(X\) and the grading is defined by \(\deg(x_{\rho}):=[D_{\rho}]\in \mathrm{Cl}(X)\) (\(D_{\rho}\) is the divisor associated to the ray \(\rho\)). In this paper the authors focus on the study of \(\mathrm{Cl}(X)\)-graded modules \(E\) which are also \(\mathbb{Z}^{|\sigma(1)|}\)-graded. In this case, Batyrev and Cox proved that the associated quasi-coherent sheaf \(\tilde{E}\) on \(X\) is equivariant and therefore the classification, done by Klyachko and enhanced by Perling, of torsion-free equivariant sheaves in terms of multifiltrations of vector spaces parametrized by the cones in \(\Sigma\) can be applied. Using this machinery, the multigraded Hilbert function \(h_E\) of \(\Gamma E:=\bigoplus_{\alpha} H^0(\tilde{E}(\alpha))\), \(h_E(\alpha):=h^0(X,\tilde{E}(\alpha))\) as well as the multigraded Hilbert polynomial \(p_E(\alpha):=\sum (-1)^ih^i(X,\tilde{E}(\alpha))\) and the multigraded regularity index \(r.i.(E):=\{\alpha\in \mathrm{Cl}(X)\mid h_E(\alpha)=p_E(\alpha)\}\) are studied and, in many cases, computed.
