The author discusses the computation of various types of automorphism groups of cones and polyhedra in the software package Normaliz (see, e.g., [\textit{W. Bruns} and \textit{B. Ichim}, J. Algebra 324, No. 5, 1098--1113 (2010; Zbl 1203.13033); \textit{W. Bruns} and \textit{C. Söger}, Lect. Notes Comput. Sci. 8592, 663--668 (2014; Zbl 1434.52002)], which is an open source tool (\url{https://www.normaliz.uni-osnabrueck.de}) for computations in affine monoids, vector configurations, lattice polytopes, and rational cones.
