The authors prove, under mild hypotheses, the three-variable Iwasawa Main Conjecture for \(p\)-ordinary modular forms base changed to an imaginary quadratic field \(K\) in which \(p\) splits in the indefinite setting (Theorem A). In the definite setting this is a result due to \textit{C. Skinner} and \textit{E. Urban} [Invent. Math. 195, No. 1, 1--277 (2014; Zbl 1301.11074)]. ``Our main idea for the proof of Theorem A is to use Beilinson-Flach classes and their explicit reciprocity laws \textit{A. Lei} et al. [Ann. Math. (2) 180, No. 2, 653--771 (2014; Zbl 1315.11044)], and \textit{G. Kings} et al. [Camb. J. Math. 5, No. 1, 1--122 (2017; Zbl 1428.11103)] to link the Iwasawa-Greenberg Main Conjecture for \(L_p^{Hi}(\mathbf f/K)\) to the main conjecture for a different \(p\)-adic \(L\)-function \(\mathcal L_p(\mathbf f/K)\) studied by the second-named author [Algebra Number Theory 14, No. 2, 383--483 (2020; Zbl 1472.11282)] using Eisenstein congruences on \(\text{GU}(3, 1)\), and then exploit our assumption on \(N^{-}\) to prove the latter main conjecture using Heegner points and their variation in \(p\)-adic families [\textit{B. Howard}, Invent. Math. 167, No. 1, 91--128 (2007; Zbl 1171.11033); \textit{O. Fouquet}, Compos. Math. 149, No. 3, 356--416 (2013; Zbl 1286.11066); \textit{F. Castella}, J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 96, No. 1, 156--180 (2017; Zbl 1400.11138); J. Inst. Math. Jussieu 19, No. 6, 2127--2164 (2020; Zbl 1454.11108)].'' ``As a consequence of our approach, we also obtain an application to Greenberg's conjecture (see [\textit{J. Nekovář} and \textit{A. Plater}, Asian J. Math. 4, No. 2, 437--497 (2000; Zbl 0973.11066), Section 0] and [\textit{R. Greenberg}, in: Elliptic curves and related topics. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society. 101--110 (1994; Zbl 0821.14021)]) on the generic order of vanishing at the center of the \(p\)-adic \(L\)-functions attached to cusp form in Hida families.''
