The authors propose a nonconvex regularization model for images damaged by Cauchy noise and blur, with a weighted difference of \( l_{1} \)-norm and \( l_{2} \)-norm coupled with the wavelet frame. The convergence of the algorithm is extablished. Numerical experiments are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
