Given a free \(G\)-space \(X\) and an operad \(\mathcal{O}\) with trivial \(G\)-action, the fixed points of the free \(\mathcal{O}\)-algebra on \(X\) are trivial. However, such a result is not true in the genuine commutative case. This paper explores this observation (and generalizations of it) in detail for little disks operads, with a particular focus on the case of the sign representation for \(C_2\). In this case, the author also describes in detail the structure on the Bredon homology. In an appendix, the author also proves a stable splitting of coinduced spaces, and applies this to understand the Bredon homology of the signed James construction.
