The main purpose of this paper is to prove the existence of a Kirillov model for all Whittaker type representations of a \(p\)-adic general linear group, with coefficients in a commutative, noetherian algebra over the ring of Witt vectors of an algebraically closed field of positive characteristic \(\ell\) different from \(p\). The proof follows the original one due to \textit{H. Jacquet} et al. [Ann. Math. (2) 109, 169--212, 213--258 (1979; Zbl 0401.10037)] based on the functional equation of the Rankin-Selberg integrals. Arguments from the theory of derivatives replace analytic arguments over distributions as in [\textit{R. Kurinczuk} and \textit{N. Matringe}, Sel. Math. (1) 23, 767--811 (2017; Zbl 1385.11033)] and the \((n,n-1)\) Rankin-Selberg functional equation replace the \((n,n-2)\) one. This proof is a simplification of the original one apart from the fineness of the arguments due to the domain of coefficients of the considered representations. To conclude, as an application, the authors define a integral structure for the Kirillov model of a Whittaker type \(\ell\)-adic representation in the same way that \textit{M.-F. Vignéras} defined integral structures for Whittaker models [Compos. Math. 72, No. 1, 33--66 (1989; Zbl 0706.22014)].
