The author introduces two new types of plane curves called isochordal-viewed curves and curves of constant \(\phi\)-width. The definitions of both types are based on the construction of the isoptic curve of a given plane curve. Some integral formulas for isochordal-viewed curves are obtained. A formula for the curvature of a isochordal-viewed curve is also proved. The paper concludes with a necessary and sufficient condition for a isochordal-viewed curve to be a curve of constant \(\phi\)-width.
