The authors study the geometry of pseudo null curves in terms of anholonomic coordinates in Minkowski 3-space (Euclidean space equipped with Lorentzian product). They discuss Frenet formulas for a pseudo-null curve given by a pseudo arc length parameter in detail. Then binormal congruence of degenerate surfaces containing the\(s\)-lines and \(n\)-lines are investigated with the condition \(\mu_b =0\). This condition isnecessary and sufficient for the existence of a one-parameter family of surfaces containing the \(s\)-lines and \(n\)-lines. Normal congruence of surfaces containing the \(s\)-lines and \(n\)-lines are examined with the condition \(\mu_n =0\). Again, this condition represents the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a one-parameter family of surfaces containing the \(s\)-lines and \(n\)-lines. By considering the compatibility conditions, the Gauss-Mainardi-Codazzi equations are obtained for this binormalcongruence of surfaces. Some relations are introduced for constructing the moving pseudonull curve using the integrable Landau-Lifshitz equation.
