This work extends from the continuous- to the discrete-time setting classical results on invariant tori for Hamiltonian systems near integrability in the context of KAM theory. The authors adapt the assumptions in the case of multiscale twist maps. For some of the cases studied, the existence of lower-dimensional invariant tori is established.
