Mori Dream Spaces (MDS) are the varieties that are ideal from the point of view of Minimal Model Program. Mori Dream Morphisms (MDM) were introduced as their relative analogue. In this paper, the author studies the properties of MDMs. In particular, he proves that MDMs satisfy the properties analogous to those MDSs satisfy: good behavior with respect to the Minimal Model Program and relation to the finite generation of the Cox sheaf. The author proves that on MDM for any divisor there exists a Minimal Model Program that terminates in a Mori fiber space or a good minimal model. To show this, the author studied the structure of the relative Nef cone of MDM and derives the existence of only finitely many small \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial modifications for a given MDM. Next, author demonstrates that an algebraic fiber \(X \to U\) space satisfying \(\operatorname{Pic}(X/U)_\mathbb{Q} \cong N^1(X/U)_\mathbb{Q}\) is an MDM if and only if Cox sheaf is finitely generated over \(U\). For this author studies variation of GIT for affine morphisms and when are the quotients of the affine morphisms are MDMs. The author proves that MDMs can be characterized as quotients of affine morphisms by a torus. Using Cox Sheaf one can recover the original affine morphism and the torus. MDMs also satisfy a couple categorical properties. Namely, if \(f\circ g\) is a an MDM, then \(f\) and \(g\) are MDMs. And the author introduces the conditions for the base change to be MDM.
