In Kac's classification of the finite-dimensional Jordan superalgebras over an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(0\), besides the natural infinite families associated to quadratic superforms and associative superalgebras with a superinvolution, there appear three exceptions: the tiny Kaplansky superalgebra \(K_3\) of dimension \(3\), which is not unital, the family of four-dimensional superalgebras \(D_t\) (for a nonzero scalar \(t\)), and the ten-dimensional superalgebra \(K_{10}\) (Kac's superalgebra). The paper under review is devoted to classifying, up to conjugation by automorphisms, the Rota-Baxter operators on the Jordan superalgebras \(D_t\), but considered as an ordinary algebra. That is, the operators are not assumed to be even linear maps. In the process, the case of \(K_3\) is dealt with too. In order to achieve this classification a detailed study of the subalgebras and automorphisms of \(D_t\) (as an ordinary algebra!) is carried out, which has its own independent interest.
