Let \(\Delta_\lambda=-\frac{d^2}{dx^2}-\frac{2\lambda}{x}\frac{d}{dx}\) with \(\lambda>0\) be the Bessel operator on \((0, \infty)\). For \(f,g\in L^1((0, \infty), x^{2\lambda}dx)\), define the Hankel convolution \begin{align*} (f\sharp_{\lambda}g)(x)=\int_{0}^{\infty}f(y) _{\lambda}\tau_{x}(g)(y)dm_{\lambda}(y),\quad x\in{(0,\infty)}, \end{align*} where for \(y\in(0, \infty)\), \begin{align*} _{\lambda}\tau_x(g)(y)=\frac{\Gamma(\lambda+1/2)}{\Gamma(\lambda)\sqrt{\pi}}\int_{0}^{\pi}g\Big(\sqrt{x^2+y^{2}-2xy\cos\theta}\Big)(\sin\theta)^{2\lambda-1}d\theta. \end{align*} In this paper, by using the method of sparse domination, the authors first establish the quantitative weighted \(L^p\) estimates of the maximal operator \(\phi_\ast^\lambda\), the square function \(g^\lambda_\phi\) and the \(\rho\)-variation operator \(V^\lambda_\rho\) with \(\rho>2\) associated with the Hankel convolution of \(\{\phi_t\}_{t>0}\). Moreover, they also obtain the weighted boundedness of higher order commutators \(\phi^{\lambda,m}_{\ast,b}\), \(g^{\lambda,m}_{\phi,b}\) and \(V^{\lambda,m}_{\rho, b}\) with \(m\in\mathbb N\setminus\{0\}\), where \(b\in \mathrm{BMO}((0, \infty), \omega, x^{2\lambda}dx)\).
