The 22 isomorphism classes of 4-GDDs with group type \(3^56^2\) and their automorphism groups are determined. Some of the 4-GDDs contain a configuration called a three-dimensional Pasch triangle, i.e., a set of eleven points \(\{a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,y,z\}\) and six blocks \(\{a,b,c,y\}\), \(\{d,e,f,y\}\), \(\{g,h,i,y\}\), \(\{a,d,g,z\}\), \(\{b,e,h,z\}\), and \(\{c,f,i,z\}\). By interchanging \(y\) and \(z\) in the blocks of the configuration, one can produce a (possibly non-isomorphic) 4-GDD. The authors report that these are the first known examples of such configurations in 4-GDDs.
