The paper is dedicated to the study of optimal control problems related to second-order differential inclusions. First the authors prove the strict convexity and the Gateaux differentiability of the quadratic function and that the global optimization problem has a unique global minimum point on \(L^2_{R^m}([0, 1])\) towards which every minimizing sequence converges. Finally, they prove the result on equivalence between well-posed problems and affinity of the perturbation with respect to control variable for a second-order differential inclusions with two-points conditions, governed by a maximal monotone operator in a finite dimensional space.
