Let \(\Omega\) be a homogeneous function of degree zero satisfying \(\omega\in L(\log L)^{2}({\mathbb S}^{n-1})\) and the vanishing moment condition. Let \(A\) satisfy that the derivatives of order one of \(A\) belong to \(\mathrm{BMO}({\mathbb R}^{n})\). This paper gives the boundedness of the operator \[ T_{\Omega,A}^{\ast}f(x)=\sup_{\epsilon>0}\left|\int_{|x-y|>\epsilon}\frac{\Omega(x-y)}{|x-y|^{n}}(A(x)-A(y)-\triangledown A(y)(x-y)f(y)dy\right| \] on \(L^{p}({\mathbb R}^{n})\).
