The main purpose of this paper is to study the existence and multiplicity of solutions of the following singularly perturbed Kirchhoff-type problems with critical nonlinearity of the form \[-\varepsilon^2\left(a+b\int_{\mathbb{R}^3}|\nabla u|^2dx\right)\triangle u+V(x)u-\varepsilon^2\triangle(u^2)u=K(x)|u|^{22^*-2}u+h(x,u),\quad x\in \mathbb{R}^3,\] where \(a>0\), \(b\geq 0\) are constants, \(V(x),\) \(K(x)\) and \(h(x,u)\) are functions and critical exponent \(2^*=\frac{2N}{N-2}=6\) in \(\mathbb{R}^3.\) Under suitable assumptions, the author proves that it has at least one solution and for any \(m \in \mathbb{N}\), it has at least \(m\) pairs of solutions.
