Given some function $G(z)$, denote by $\{a_n\}$ the set of zeros (assumed to be non-zero complex numbers) of $G$, the zeta function associated with $G$ was defined as \[ \zeta_G(s)=\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{a_n^s}. \] The authors constructed the multiple zeta functions and the multiple zeta star functions as \[ \zeta_{G}(s_1,\dots,s_r)=\sum_{n_1>n_2>\cdots>n_r\geq1}\frac{1}{a_{n_1}^{s_1}\cdots a_{n_r}^{s_r}} \] and \[ \zeta_{G}^*(s_1,\dots,s_r)=\sum_{n_1\geq n_2\geq\cdots\geq n_r\geq1}\frac{1}{a_{n_1}^{s_1}\cdots a_{n_r}^{s_r}} \] respectively. In this paper, by using the Weierstrass product representations of entire functions, the authors obtained many standard formulas about multiple zeta values of some hypergeometric functions, Bessel functions and Airy functions. The authors also defined hypergeometric Bernoulli numbers for the study of some special multiple zeta values of hypergeometric functions.
