An \(F\)-manifold algebra is both a commutative and associative algebra and a Lie algebra, satisfying the Hertling-Manin relation. Dotsenko proved that the operad of \(F\)-manifold algebras can be obtained from the pre-Lie algebra with the help of a filtration, a result similar to the one on the operad of Poisson algebra obtained from the operad of associative algebras. It is proved in the present paper that, in the same line as Dotsenko's result, \(F\)-manifold algebra can be obtained as semi-classical limits of deformation of an associative (or pre-Lie) and commutative algebra as a pre-Lie algebra. Furthemore, it is shown that deformations and extensions of a pre-Lie algebra \(A\) are classified by certain cohomology groups attached to \(A\). In the second part of the paper, Rota-Baxter operators on a \(F\)-manifold algebra are introduced to the notion of pre-\(F\)-manifold algebra. Examples of such objects are given, and the Koszul dual of the operad of pre-\(F\)-manifold algebra is described.
