    For analytic functions \(f(z)=z+a_2z^2+a_3z^3+\cdots\) satisfying \(\operatorname{Re}(f'(z)(f(z)/z)^\alpha)>0\), \textit{Marjono} et al. [Mediterr. J. Math. 14, No. 4, Paper No. 158, 11 p. (2017; Zbl 1374.30047)] conjectured that \(|a_n|\leq 2/(n-1+\alpha)\) for all \(\alpha\geq 1\). This conjecture for \(n=5\) is now settled by the authors for the range \(1 \leq \alpha \leq \alpha^*(\approx 2.049)\). However, for \(\alpha > \alpha^*\), they have obtained only a non-sharp bound. Sharp upper bound on the functional \(|a_2a_3 - a_4|\) is also obtained.
