The authors study the existence of non-simple blow-up solutions for the perturbed problem \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta u=\lambda e^u-4\pi N_{\lambda}\delta_0,\,\,\,\text{in}\,\,\,\Omega,\\ u=0,\,\,\,\text{on}\,\,\,\partial\Omega, \end{cases} \] when the weight of the source \(N_{\lambda}\) approaches an integer \(N\ge 1\) in a \(\lambda\)-dependent way, \(\lambda\) is a positive small parameter, and \(\delta_0\) defines the Dirac measure with pole at \(0\). Here \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^2\) is a smooth, bounded and \((N+1)\)-symmetric domain with \(0\in\Omega\), which satisfies an additional assumption expressed by using the Green function associated to the domain \(\{x^{N+1}: x\in\Omega\}\). They also present a solution which develops a branch of \(N+1\) bubbles centered at vertices \(\beta_i\) (\(\beta_i\), \(i=0,\ldots,N\), are the \(N+1\)-roots of \(b\), with \(b\) in a small neighborhood of \(0\)), in which case the solution splits into a cluster of peaks that are concentrated at \(0\) and arranged as satellites at the vertices of a regular \((N+1)\)-polygon.
