The authors consider an initial-boundary value problem of a system of reaction-diffusion equations with density dependent motility in a bounded domain of \(\mathbb{R}^2\) with smooth boundary. Under suitable regularity and structural assumptions on the random motility function and the functional response function, the authors prove that this problem has a unique classical global solution uniformly bounded in time. To get this result, the classical energy estimates and Moser iteration methods are used. Lastly the asymptotic behaviour of the solution is considered.
