The aim of this paper is to present necessary conditions for the integrability of multicomponent third-order evolution systems of geometric type. The author establishes relations between integrable evolution systems of geometric type and spaces of affine connection that admit covariantly constant deformations of algebraic structures such as triple Jordan systems [\textit{E. I. Zel'manov}, Sib. Math. J. 26, 55--64 (1985; Zbl 0575.17012); translation from Sib. Mat. Zh. 26, No. 1(149), 71--82 (1985)]. For the considered examples, the affine connected space determining the system turns out to be symmetric in the case of zero torsion. In the case of the connection with nonzero torsion, the space is generated by a Bol loop. This paper is organised as follows: Section 1 is an introduction to the subject. Section 2 deals with systems of geometric type. In Section 3, the author considers vector examples. Section 4 is devoted to a discussion of the results.
