    An equation \begin{align*} du(t)&=[\Delta u(t)-(u(t)\cdot\nabla)u(t)+\nabla p(t)-g_N(|u(t)|^2)u(t)]\,dt+dW_t \\ \operatorname{div}\,u(t)&=0,\qquad u(0)=u_0, \end{align*} with periodic boundary conditions is considered on the three-dimensional torus \(\mathbf T^3\) where \(p(t,x)\) denotes the pressure and \(g_N\) is a smooth function satisfying \(g_N(r)=0\) if \(r\le N\), \(g_N(r)=r-N\) if \(r\ge N+1\) and \(0\le g^\prime_N(r)\le C\) if \(r\ge 0\). Let \(\mathbf H^m:=\{u\in H^m(\mathbf T^3;\mathbb R^3):\,\operatorname{div}\,u=0\}\), let \(\mathcal P\) denote the orthogonal projection from \(L^2(\mathbf T^3;\mathbb R^3)\) onto \(\mathbf H^0\), let \(\{\mathbf e_i\}\) be an orthonormal basis in \(\mathbf H^1\) such that \(\mathcal P\Delta \mathbf e_i=-\lambda_i\mathbf e_i\) for \(0<\lambda_1\le\lambda_2\le\dots\) and let \[ W(t)=\sum_{i=1}^Mq_i\beta_i(t)\mathbf e_i \] for some \(q_i>0\) and some independent standard Wiener processes \(\beta_1,\dots,\beta_M\). Then the authors prove that the equation above possesses an exponentially attracting invariant measure.
