The author constructs several frameworks which can be used to find Keller maps that are not globally invertible in dimension 2. It provides a new way to consider the Jacobian conjecture in dimension 2. In addition, the author proves that the smallest topological degree of the Keller maps from his frameworks is 16. At the end of the paper, the author also poses several questions for further research.
