Summary: We prove Browder's convergence theorem for multivalued mappings in a uniformly convex Banach space with a uniformly Gâteaux differentiable norm by using the notion of diametrically regular mappings. Our results are significant improvement on results of \textit{J. S. Jung} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 66, No. 11, 2345--2354 (2007; Zbl 1123.47047)] and \textit{B. Panyanak} and \textit{S. Suantai} [Numer. Funct. Anal. Optim. 41, No. 4, 495--505 (2020; Zbl 1434.54018)].
