This paper is devoted to the study of the following nonlinear problem \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta u+u=0&\text{in }\Omega,\\ \frac{\partial u}{\partial \mathbf{n}}+g(u)=\mu &\text{in }\partial \Omega, \end{cases}\tag{1} \] where $\Omega$ is a bounded smooth domain in $\mathbb{R}^N$ with $0\in\partial\Omega$, $g: \mathbb{R}\rightarrow\mathbb{R}$ is a continuous nondecreasing function such that $rg(r)\geq 0$, $\mu$ is a Radon measure on $\partial\Omega$ and $\mathbf{n}$ is the outward normal unit vector on $\partial\Omega$. Under some sufficient conditions on the function $g$, the authors prove existence and uniqueness results for problem (1) for any measure. The case where $g(r)=|r|^{p-1}r$, $p>1$, with some capacitary conditions on a measure $\mu$ is also studied. Further, isolated singularities for harmonic functions under the same boundary condition on $\partial \Omega\backslash\{0\}$ are investigated.
