Interest in the Fermat equation over various number fields goes back to the back to nineteenth and early twentieth century by Maillet (1897), Furtwängler (1910) and others, who extended the classical ideas of Kummer to the Fermat equation \(x^ p + y^ p = z^ p\) for any prime integer \(p > 3\) over the \(p^{th}\)-cyclotomic field \({\mathbb Q}(\zeta_o)\). In contrast, there is a powerful approach based on modularity theory for elliptic curves over totally real number fields applied to the study of Fermat's equation over totally real fields. The main goal of this paper is to extended a result due to Freitas et al., which says that the effective asymptotic Fermat's last theorem over each \({\mathbb Q}_{n,2}\). The authors successively showed that: For every prime integer \(p\ge 5\), if \(2^{p-1}\not\equiv 1\) modulo \(p^2\) then the effective asymptotic Fermat's last theorem over each \({\mathbb Q}_{n,p}\) for every positive integer \(n\).
