The authors consider the drift-diffusion equation, where the drift term contains a convolution with the particle density, which takes into account the pairwise interaction of particles. Under the stated initial conditions, which assure a global-in-time regular uniformly bounded solution of the respective Cauchy problem, it is shown that the radial solutions in the case of the small diffusion coefficient and a mildly singular convolution kernel exhibit a concentration of mass at the origin.
