The mass of an asymptotically hyperbolic manifold with a non-compact boundary have had an important role in several classical problems of geometric measure theory and mathematical physics. Several authors studied the mass of an asymptotically hyperbolic manifolds [\textit{P. T. Chrusciel} and \textit{M. Herzlich}, Pacific J. Math. 212, 231--264 (2003; Zbl 1056.53025); \textit{P. T. Chrusciel} and \textit{G. Nagy}, Adv. Theor. Math. Phys. 5, No. 4, 697--754 (2001; Zbl 1033.53061); the second author and \textit{F. Girão}, Ann. Henri Poincaré 17, 979--1002 (2016; Zbl 1337.83048); \textit{M. Herzlich}, IRMA Lect. Math. Theory Phys. 8, 103--121 (2005; Zbl 1082.53034); \textit{M. Herzlich}, Ann. Henri Poincaré, 17, No. 12, 3605--3617 (2016; Zbl 1360.51011); \textit{O. Hijazi,} and \textit{S. Montiel}, Asian J. Math. 18, 489--506 (2014; Zbl 1315.53050); \textit{O. Hijazi} and \textit{S. Montiel}, J. Geom. Phys. 91, 12--28 (2015; Zbl 1322.53047)]. The principal objective in this paper is to define a mass-type invariant for asymptotically hyperbolic manifolds with a non-compact boundary which are modeled at infinity on the hyperbolic half-space and prove a sharp positive mass inequality in the spin case under suitable dominant energy conditions.
