This paper considers a \(C^2\) weak mixing Axiom A flow defined on a compact Riemannian manifold, satisfying the following conditions: (1) The flow has Lipschitz local holonomy maps over the basic set; (2) The local nonintegrability condition holds for the flow on the basic set; (3) The flow has a regular distortion along unstable manifolds over the basic set. The large deviation estimates of the measure of the points for sufficiently large \(n\) are studied assuming that the measure of the point \(w\) is such that \[ \int ^T_0 G(\varphi_t(w))dt-aT\in(-e^{-\epsilon n},e^{\epsilon n}), \] where \(\varphi_t\) is the flow, \(G\) is a Hölder observable defined on the manifold, \(a\) is a constant related to equilibrium state of the Hölder observables, \(\epsilon\) is sufficiently small, and \(T\geq n\). One of the key tools is the Ruelle operator with two complex parameters \[ \mathcal{L}_{s,\omega,a}=\mathcal{L}_{f-s\tau+(\xi(a)+\mathbb{I}\omega)(g-a\tau)}, \] where \(f(x)\), \(g(x)\) are determined by Hölder observables, \(s\) and \(\mathbb{I}\omega\) with \(\omega\in\mathbb{R}\) are two complex parameters. The spectral estimates of the Ruelle operator and the meromorphic extension of the Laplace transformation are studied. Finally, a Tauberian theorem related to the Laplace transformation of a sequence of functions is provided.
