Criteria in nuclear Fréchet spaces and Silva spaces with refinement of the Cannon-Whittaker theory (Q2218750)

With the motivation of possible applications to polynomial bases and to the theory of Cannon and Whittaker of effectiveness property for infinite matrices, the authors of this long article mainly repeat in their paper well-known results about bases in Fréchet nuclear spaces, power series spaces and Silva spaces, that is, duals of Fréchet Schwartz spaces. The reader interested in a good exposition of these theorems about bases should read the book of \textit{R. Meise} and \textit{D. Vogt} [Introduction to functional analysis. Transl. from the German by M. S. Ramanujan. Oxford: Clarendon Press (1997; Zbl 0924.46002)], a reference that the authors seem not to be aware of.
