      The author considers a dynamic problem having unbounded coefficients on time scales given by \[ \begin{cases} x^{\Delta}(t) \leq -a(t)x(t)+b(t) \operatorname{sup}_{t- \tau (t) \leq s \leq t } x(s) +c(t) +d(t) \int_{0}^{\infty}K(t,s)x(t- \tau (s)) {\Delta}(s),\quad t \geq t_0;\\ x(s)=|\phi (s)|,\quad s \leq t_0. \end{cases} \] where \(a,b,c,d\) are non-negative continuous functions with \(c\) being a bounded function and \(\phi\) is a bounded continuous function. He developed Halanay inequality for the dynamic problem and applied it to obtain the asymptotic stability of the zero solutions of two dynamic problems involving delay.
