This paper describes the relation between the modular derivation of the associated graded Poisson algebra and the Nakayama automorphism of the filtered deformation algebra when the associated graded algebra is commutative Calabi Yau. The authors use homological determinants of Hopf actions on skew Calabi Yau algebras as a bridge to connect the Nakayama automorphism and the modular derivation First, the authors review relevant results and notions. Next, they define homological determinants of Hopf actions on skew Calabi-Yau algebras. Then, they study homological determinant of cocommutative Hopf actions on cocommutative Calabi-Yau algebras. The main results are then proved. As a byproduct, the authors show that the ring of differential operators over a smooth variety is a Calabi-Yau.
