Coalgebras with genetic realization were introduced by \textit{J. Tian} and \textit{B.-L. Li} [Math. Biosci. Eng. 1, No. 2, 243--266 (2004; Zbl 1061.17027)] in order to study the backwards inheritance (from progeny to ancestors) in genetic systems. Due to the complexity of working with comultiplications the study of the evolution operators in genetic coalgebras, called in-evolution operators, is a hard problem. In this paper, the author use the matrix realization of the genetic coalgebras in terms of cubic stochastic matrices to translate this problem to Markov processes defined by the accompanying matrices of the cubic stochastic matrices.
