The authors study a parametric elliptic Dirichlet problem driven by the \((p,q)\)-Laplacian and with a right-hand side which is gradient dependent and has the combined effect of two more terms, one is a parametric singular term and the other one is a locally defined perturbation. It is shown that the problem has a positive smooth solution provided the parameter is sufficiently small.
