Let \(q\geq 3\) be a prime and let \(r\geq 1\) be a given number. Let \(\mathcal{S}\) be the set of irregular numbers in \(\left[q^{20r}, \ q^{20r}+q^{16r}\right]\). Let \(\mathcal{A}\) and \(\mathcal{B}\) be two arbitrary set in \(\mathbb{Z}/q\mathbb{Z}\) such that \(|\mathcal{A}|\cdot|\mathcal{B}|\geq q(\log q)^2\). The authors show that \[ \mathop{\sum_{a+b+s\equiv m\ (\bmod q)}}_{a\in\mathcal{A}, \ b\in \mathcal{B}, \ s\in\mathcal{S}} 1\sim \frac{|\mathcal{A}|\cdot|\mathcal{B}|\cdot|\mathcal{S}|}{q} \] valid for every \(m\in\mathbb{Z}/q\mathbb{Z}\) and uniformly in \(r\).
