In this paper, the authors study the third-order differential equation: \[ \frac{1}{w} \left (i(q_0(q_0y')')'-(p_0y')'+i(q_1 y'+(q_1 y)')+p_1 y \right )= \lambda y \text{ on } J = [a,c) \cup (c,b],\tag{1} \] with eigenparameter-dependent boundary conditions and transmission conditions. The authors prove the continuity and differential properties of the eigenvalues \(\lambda\) for (1) on the data, including the boundary conditions, transmission conditions and the coefficient functions. Especially, the authors show the derivative formulas of certain data both in matrix form on the whole and separated case for each parameter.
