The paper deals with studying weighted multi-Toeplitz operators associated with noncommutative polyhyperballs. Given a Hilbert space \({\mathcal H}\) and two \(k\)-tuples \(m=(m_1,\ldots,m_k)\) and \(n=(n_1,\ldots,n_k)\) with \(m_i,n_i\in\mathbb{N}\), the noncommutative polyhyperball is defined by \begin{align*} D_m^n({\mathcal H})&:=\big\{X=(X_1,\ldots,X_k)\in{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})^{n_1}\times_c\cdots\times_c\, {\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})^{n_k}:\\ &\quad\quad\Delta_X^p(I)\ge 0,\ 0\le p\le m\big\}, \end{align*} with \(X_i=(X_{i,1},\ldots,X_{i,n_i})\), where the defect mappings \(\Delta_X^m:{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})\to{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})\) are given by \[ \Delta_X^m:=(\mathrm{id}-\Phi_{X_1})^{m_1}\circ\cdots\circ(\mathrm{id}-\Phi_{X_k})^{m_k}, \] \(\Phi_{X_i}:{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})\to{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})\) is the completely positive map given by \(\Phi_{X_i}(Y)=\sum_{j=1}^{n_i}X_{i,j}YX_{i,j}^*\), and \({\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})^{n_1}\times_c\cdots\times_c\,{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})^{n_k}\) denotes the set of all tuples \(X=(X_1,\ldots,X_k)\in{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})^{n_1}\times\cdots\times{\mathcal B}({\mathcal H})^{n_k}\) with the property that, for every \(p,q\in\{1,\ldots,k\}\), \(p\ne q\), the entries of \(X_p\) commute with the entries of \(X_q\). For a \(k\)-tuple \(\Lambda=(\Lambda_1,\ldots,\Lambda_k)\) of weighted right creation operators acting on the full Fock space \(\bigotimes_{i=1}^k F^2(H_{n_i})\), a complete description of all solutions of the multivariable Brown-Halmos-type equations \[ \Lambda'^*_i X \Lambda'_i=\mathrm{diag}_{n_i}\bigg(\sum_{j=0}^{m_i-1}(-1)^j \binom{m_i}{j+1}\sum_{\beta\in\mathbb{F}^+_{n_i},\ |\beta|=j}\Lambda_{i,\beta}X\Lambda^*_{i,\beta}\bigg), \] \(i\in\{1,\ldots,k\}\), is obtained, where \(\Lambda_i=(\Lambda_{i,1},\ldots,\Lambda_{i,n_i})\), \(\Lambda'_i\) is the Cauchy dual of \(\Lambda_i\), and \(\mathbb{F}^+_{n_i}\) is the free unital semigroup with \(n_i\) generators. It is shown that the weighted multi-Toeplitz operators associated with noncommutative polyhyperballs are precisely those satisfying the Brown-Halmos equations. These results allowed the author to characterize the bounded free \(k\)-pluriharmonic functions with operator coefficients on polyhyperballs and to solve the associated Dirichlet extension problem.
