Momentum section on Courant algebroid and constrained Hamiltonian mechanics (Q2237954)

In this work, the author gives the definition of a momentum section on a Courant algebroid and the notion of a Hamiltonian Courant algebroid. Then he shows an example of how a momentum section can appear in a constrained Hamiltonian system with Courant algebroid symmetry. Subsequently, he considers the cohomological description of the momentum section and the Hamiltonian Courant algebroid by using the BFV and the BV formalism. The FHGD method is then used to construct the BV symplectic form and the BV functional. As an application, the author gives a construction of the Weil algebra.
