The authors present a new and interesting definition of transversality (without differentiability) by using the concept of norm for Lipschitz functions. They deduce two essential results for Lipschitz functions, which are extensions of the Whitney's theorem and the \(\lambda \)-lemma. A stability result for Lipschitz Morse-Smale functions is the another important result in this paper.
