    Let \(V_r (\mathbb{R}^n)\) be the set of functions \(f \in L_{\mathrm{loc}} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) such that the equality \(\int\limits_{|x|\leqslant r} f(x+y) dx = 0\) holds for some fixed \(r > 0\) and all \(y \in \mathbb{R}^n\). \textit{D. Pompéiu} [Bull. Cl. Sci., V. Sér., Acad. R. Belg. 15, 265--269 (1929; JFM 55.0139.01)] asked if \(f = 0\) for each \(f \in V_r (\mathbb{R}^n)\). The problem has been intensively studied in several directions (the answer is negative). In this paper the authors present theorems (without proofs) concerning interpolation problems for the class \(V_r (\mathbb{R}^n)\). The main results for an infinite set of nodes are: Theorem 2. Let \(\{a_k\}^{\infty}_{k=1}\) be a sequence of points in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) such that \[ \sum\limits_{{\substack{k=1{}\\ k\neq \nu}}}^{\infty} |a_k - a_{\nu}|^{\frac{1-n}{2}} < \lambda \tag{3}\] for all \(\nu \in \mathbb{N}\) and some constant \(\lambda\) independent of \(\nu\). Then, for any sequence \(\{b_k\}_{k=1}^{\infty}\) of complex numbers satisfying the condition \[ \sum\limits_{k=1}^{\infty} |b_k| < +\infty, \tag{4}\] there exists a real analytic function \(f \in V_r (\mathbb{R}^n)\) such that \[f(a_k)= b_k\] for all \(k \in \mathbb{N}\). Theorem 3. Let \(\{a_m\}_{m=0}^{\infty}\) be a sequence of points in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) such that \(a_m \in A_m\) for all \(m \in \mathbb{Z}_+\). Then, for any sequence \(\{b_m\}_{m=0}^{\infty}\) of complex numbers satisfying the condition \[\lim\limits_{m \to \infty} \frac{\ln (1+ |b_m|)}{m} = 0,\] there exists a real analytic function \(f \in V_r (\mathbb{R}^n)\) such that \[f(a_m) = b_m \quad for \ all \quad m \in \mathbb{Z}_+.\]
