    Let \(F_hf(x)\) be Steklov's function of a \(2\pi \)-periodic function \(f\) with a step \(h>0\), \(E\) be the unit operator in \(L_2[0,2\pi]\), \(\tilde{\Omega}_m(f;t)=\sup\{\| (F_h-E)^m f(x)\| _{L_2[0,2\pi]}: | h| \leq t\}\) be the \(m\)-th generalized modulus of continuity of \(f\), and \(\Phi (t)\) is an arbitrary increasing function, such that \(\Phi (0)=0\). The exact values of diverse \(n\)-widths of functions \(f\) having \(r\)-th derivatives \(f^{(r)}\in L_2[0,2\pi]\) and satisfying the condition \((\int _0^ht\tilde{\Omega}_m^p (f^{(r)},t) dt)^{1/p}\leq \Phi (h)\), where \(m,n,r\in \mathbb{N}\), \(2/r<p\leq 2, h\in \mathbb{R}_+\), are found.
