The authors establish a new class of orthogonal polynomials associated with Coulomb wave functions and analyze their properties. They obtain the orthogonality relation and solve the orthogonality measure problem for the sequence of orthogonal polynomials. Also they study the spectral zeta functions corresponding to the regular Coulomb wave functions.
