Accelerated Landweber methods based on co-dilated orthogonal polynomials (Q2256951)

The author presents and investigates specific accelerated Landweber schemes, that extend the \(\nu\)-methods and are able to give a reduced approximation error. He proposes a semi-iterative method based on monic orthogonal polynomials on \([-1, 1]\), for which he investigates families of co-dilated orthogonal polynomials such that the resulting semi-iterative scheme leads to order optimal extensions of the classical \(\nu\)-methods.
