Branching of singularities for degenerate hyperbolic operator and Stokes phenomena. IV (Q2266384)

This note is a continuation of our previous notes [see the article reviewed above]. The aims of this note are to generalize the results of \textit{S. Alinhac} [Indiana Univ. Math. J. 27, 1027-1037 (1978; Zbl 0502.35058)], \textit{N. Hanges} [ibid. 28, 87-97 (1979; Zbl 0413.35073)] and \textit{K. Taniguchi} and \textit{Y. Tozaki} [Math. Jap. 25, 279-300 (1980; Zbl 0441.35040)] concerning the sufficient condition of branching of singularities for more general second order differential equations with higher order degeneracy and to show the computability of our condition.
