Optimal controller for a linear plant with bounded noise (Q2266689)

The authors consider a deterministic problem of control that is optimal with respect to the output. For uniformly bounded noise the solution is sought in the class of linear controllers. A method of calculation of the coefficients of an optimal controller is proposed and analyzed. The authors claim that these controllers may not be identical with controllers obtained by analytic design with a quadratic performance functional.
